40ft Expandable Container House – 3 Bedroom Floor Plan
The supplied 3-bedroom layout uses an expanded footprint of approximately 11,800 x 6,300 mm. Three private bedrooms are arranged along one side, leaving a large open living, dining and kitchen zone. The bathroom is positioned near the kitchen and separates the shower area from the washbasin and toilet zone for more practical daily use.
Covered Veranda for Family Homes and Holiday Rentals
The front porch creates a sheltered entrance and adds usable outdoor space for seating, guest reception or everyday family use. The veranda depth, canopy, deck finish, railing style and entrance position can be adjusted before production, making this model suitable for residential developments, Airbnb cabins, homestays, resorts and glamping projects.
Kitchen and Dry-Wet Separated Bathroom
