20ft Two Storey Apple Cabin Modular Villa
This 20ft two-storey Apple Cabin combines two rounded white modular pods in an offset stacked arrangement. The projecting upper module creates a sheltered ground-level entrance area, while the space between the modules becomes an elevated terrace connected by an exterior staircase.
Panoramic black-framed glazing gives both floors a modern hospitality appearance. The double-level configuration is suitable for boutique resorts, Airbnb villas, glamping projects, scenic homestays, compact holiday homes, reception buildings and modular hotel suites that need more usable space without a large site footprint.

Engineering note: The module size above is the standard factory unit dimension. Total building height, cantilever length, support columns, stair geometry, guardrails, anchoring and foundation must be confirmed for the destination site through an approved structural drawing and local engineering review.
Offset Double-Deck Design with Rooftop Terrace
The offset upper pod increases visual impact and creates a protected outdoor zone below. The connecting deck can be used as a viewing terrace or circulation platform, with guardrails and stair location adjusted to the project layout.
Factory-Built Steel Modular Structure
Both levels are manufactured as purpose-built steel Apple Cabin modules rather than converted used shipping containers. Factory production supports controlled framing, insulation, glazing, interior finishing and utility preparation before site installation.

Can the upper pod direction be changed?
